Compensation Range:125000.00 Contracts Manager – Data Center TechnologiesDaleville, VA | Travel Required | Data Center & Engineered EquipmentHelp Shape the Contracts Behind Critical Data Center ProjectsMunters is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support our Data Center Technologies business. This role will lead the review, negotiation, and management of complex commercial agreements while partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal.If you enjoy negotiating contracts, identifying business risks, and finding practical solutions that protect the company while supporting customer relationships, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact.What You'll DoReview, redline, negotiate, and manage customer contracts, master agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, SOWs, amendments, and related commercial documents.Evaluate key provisions including liability, indemnification, warranties, liquidated damages, termination, intellectual property, payment, insurance, and delivery obligations.Identify contractual and commercial risks and develop practical alternatives and fallback positions.Partner with Legal Counsel on significant legal issues, unusual risk exposure, disputes, and contract deviations.Review purchase orders against governing agreements and identify conflicting or additional terms.Support responses to warranty claims, delay notices, liquidated damages claims, and other commercial disputes.Partner with Sales, Operations, Project Management, Finance, and leadership throughout negotiations.Maintain contract records, negotiation history, approvals, and documentation of material deviations.Develop and maintain contract playbooks, clause libraries, approval matrices, and negotiation guidelines.Identify recurring contract risks and recommend improvements to commercial practices.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Legal Studies, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.5+ years of commercial contract review, negotiation, or contract management experience.Experience independently reviewing and redlining complex commercial agreements.Strong understanding of contractual risk allocation, including:Limitation of liabilityIndemnificationWarrantiesLiquidated damagesIntellectual propertyTermination and cancellationStrong commercial judgment and ability to translate complex contract language into practical business decisions.Excellent written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple negotiations and competing priorities.Experience in manufacturing, engineering equipment, construction, data centers, HVAC, industrial equipment, or project-based environments is preferred.Contract management training or certification is a plus.Travel RequiredTravel is required to support customer negotiations, business meetings, and project needs.Why Munters?Competitive salaryMedical, dental, and vision benefitsGenerous PTO and vacation401(k) with employer matchFlexible work opportunitiesProfessional development and tuition reimbursementConference and training opportunitiesCompany-sponsored events and team-building activitiesMaking an Impact on MuntersJoin a global company supporting mission-critical data center infrastructure and play an important role in balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, and business risk.Munters is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All offers are contingent upon applicable pre-employment drug screening and background checks.SummaryLocation: US - Daleville (VA); Remote - VirginiaType: Full time
