Job Description

The Driver will provide transportation for the CEO to and from the office, business meetings, appointments, and other destinations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally transport the CEO to and from the office, meetings, appointments, and other destinations as needed.
• Operate a company-provided vehicle in a safe, professional, and responsible manner.
• Plan efficient routes and ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company information, conversations, business activities, and client interactions.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
• Remain flexible with scheduling, destinations, and travel distances as business needs require.
• Monitor traffic, road conditions, weather, and other factors that may affect travel time or safety.
• Perform other driving-related or transportation duties as reasonably needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving history.
• Comfortable driving long distances and spending multiple hours on the road when required.
• Highly dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong awareness of road safety, traffic, and driving conditions.
• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to provide a quiet and professional environment while the passenger works during travel.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and travel requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to passenger safety.
